水泥仓技术参数：

1.当水泥仓(水泥罐)工作时，必须由专用吊机将其立起，然后放到预先预制好的混凝土基础之上，并检查水泥仓(水泥罐)立起以后与水平面的垂直度，然后将其底部与基础预埋件焊接牢固。  

2.储料仓固定好以后，由散装水泥车运送水泥至工地，然后将散装水泥车的输送管路与水泥仓(水泥罐)的进料管路相接，通过散装水泥车的气体压力将罐内水泥输送到水泥仓(水泥罐)内。  

3.在往储料仓内输送水泥的过程中，操作人员要不间断的按动除尘器振动电机的按钮，抖落附着在除尘器布袋上的水泥，防止堵死布袋，发生爆仓。 

  4.一旦堵死布袋，仓内压力超过仓顶压力安全阀的安全压力，压力安全阀即可打开释放仓内压力，防止爆仓事故的发生。  

5.通过高低料位可以观察到仓满和缺料。  

6.当需要放料时，首先打开锥体底部的手动卸料阀，然后通过水泥输送装置(螺旋输送机）将水泥输送出去。在放料的过程中，如果出现“起拱”现象，就及时按动破拱装置电磁阀的按钮，进行吹气，消除“起拱”进行送料，保证水泥供应顺畅。
